Measures about 2 x 3". The top of this beautiful gold-tone compact is set with collette-set white rhinestones framed by green pavee rhinestones. The trunks of the palm trees are paved with white rhinestones. The palm fronds are enameled in green. The inside of the compact shows the patented Lampl powder dispensing system. Marked LAMPL U.S.A. PAT. 2,085,502. This patent was granted in 1937 for the unique powder dispensing system. Shiny metal mirror in very good condition. No missing rhinestones. A few of the tiny rhinestones on the palm trunks are darkened. No damage to enameling. The gold-tone back and sides of the compact show gentle wear.
