REGENCY
Regency is one of the Mystery Companies beloved by jewelry collectors. We know that a family named Polowitz owned the Regina Novelty Company of New York, which manufactured jewelry marked Regency. We also know that the company was in production from about 1950 to about 1970. Their well-designed jewelry is characterized by superior workmanship and materials. The metal used is often a gun-metal gray. The rhinestones are richly colored and of very high quality.
