Taxco Sterling & Semiprecious Stone Necklace

Measures 15-1/4" long and about 1/2" wide. Cabochons of Mexican jade, agate, and goldstone are set in sterling. A similar, but newer, necklace can be seen in the book "Collectible Silver Jewelry" by Fred Rezazadeh. Marked TAXCO 925, eagle mark 3, MMM (or MMH - the last letter is obscure). Dates from between 1948 and 1977. Slide clasp holds well. Light patina of old silver. One goldstone with small chip at edge. (SOLD)
