Hattie Carnegie Elephant Pendant Necklace

Necklace chain measures 35" long. Elephant pendant measures 2-1/8 x 3". This marvelous elephant has white milk glass cabochons decorating its belly, eye, and the howdah on its back. A white milk glass bead dangles beneath. Paired millefiori Milano glass beads and Asian-design metal beads add interest to the long necklace chain. Marked Hattie Carnegie in script. The back of the large white glass cabochon has a hand written number 1519. This may be a production number. Barrel clasp holds well. Very light wear to the gold-toned plating on some of the higher areas. This adds to the vintage beauty of the piece. No corrosion or oxidation of the metal. (SOLD)
