Older Mexican Sterling & Turquoise Convertible Necklace & Bracelet Set

Choker length necklace measures 14-3/4" long and 1/2" wide. Identical bracelet measures 6-1/2" long. The two pieces can be joined to form a longer necklace 21-1/4" long. Each of the tank tread style links is set with a rectangle of sky-blue turquoise. The fine turquoise matrix is a soft graphite gray. Both pieces are marked with what appears to be A.P. ALVAREZ TAXCO MEXICO in a circle around 925. Also marked STERLING. Slide clasps hold well and are nearly invisible. No damage to stones or metal. Light patina of vintage silver. This set dates to before 1948. (SOLD)
