Spectacular Art Glass & Pearl Necklace

Measures 17" long and 1-3/8" wide. This astonishing necklace has a wonderful assortment of art glass stones, all prong-set in antiqued bronze-tone with a japanned finish on the thick wires which hold the glass faux pearls. The art glass stones include: faux green jade cabochons, dark peridot rhinestones, pearly pale green and white moonstone cabochons, "dragon's breath" cabochons which shift colors from pink to orange to lavender, faux butterfly wing cabochons in azure blue with orange foil inclusions, azure blue rhinestones, and green/orange art glass cabochons which defy description. Hook clasp holds well. This necklace is unmarked, but is of remarkable quality. The use of stones is reminiscent of Claudette jewelry. This necklace has it all - color, dimensionality, unique stones, and drama. No missing or dead stones. On the back there are 4 small areas of oxidation, but no verdigris. (SOLD)
