1940s Moss Agate Tie Clasp

Measures 2-1/2" long. Lovely piece of moss agate bezel-set with open back into gold-plated clasp. In original box, appears to have never been worn. No damage to stone or plating. Marked PAT. 2300068. This number dates the clip mechanism to 1942. The box identifies this tie clasp as having been purchased from Wetsel's Jewelry in Chadron, Nebraska. (SOLD)
