Miriam Haskell Etruscan Style Earrings

Measure 3/4 x 1". These lovely heart-shaped earrings have Etruscan styling in burnished Russian gold-tone. Each is set with 2 glass faux pearls and bordered by emerald-green and white rhinestones. Marked MIRIAM HASKELL and PAT. 2400513. This patent number refers to the adjustable clip backs, which make these earrings very comfortable to wear. Although the patent dates to 1946, this finding allows us to pinpoint the dating of these earrings from 1960-1965, based on the years when it was used by the company. Clip backs hold well. No wear to pearls or plating. No missing or dead stones. (SOLD)
