Egyptian Revival Enameled Sarcophagus Charm with Mummy

Measures 3/8 x 1-1/8". This extraordinary charm was made sometime between 1900 and 1930 of gilded 800 silver. The sarcophagus is enamled in cobalt blue, turquoise blue, white, and black. The mummy inside is enameled in dark red. Treasured by tourists to Europe in the early years of the Twentieth Century, it is unusual to find these charms in such good condition and with the mummy still present. No wear to the gold gilding.
