Navajo Ranger Set Belt Buckle

Buckle measures 1-5/8 x 2". Can accommodate a 3/4" wide belt. This beautiful hand-stamped buckle is set with a square sky-blue turquoise with fine gray matrix. The set includes 2 keepers and a tip, all of hand-stamped silver. Acquired in the Southwest during the 1940s to early 1950s, this sterling set is unmarked. It is clearly handcrafted. It has never been worn and is on the original black leather strip that came with it. Originally, the pieces were held to the leather with Scotch tape, which has been removed. Moderate patina of vintage silver has been left undisturbed. (SOLD)
