Mexican Silver & Rose Gold Ranger Set circa 1940

Buckle measures 1-3/4 x 2". The keeper measures 1/2 x 7/8" and 1/2" deep. Tip measures 3/4 x 1-1/8". The highly dimensional, solid silver buckle is sturdy, weighing 38 grams (1.3 oz.). All pieces are beautifully stamped and engraved, with 10K rose gold overlay and faceted red glass faux rubies. Marked STERLING MEXICO 10K. Will accommodate a 3/4" wide belt. These pieces are sometimes placed on a wider belt, which narrows at both ends to fit the ranger set. This is a wonderful vintage set, suitable for a man or a woman. No missing stones. Very light wear to the rose gold on the tip and the center of the buckle where the tongue rubs, consistent with normal wear. This natural rubbing adds to the authenticity and vintage beauty of the set. Warm patina of vintage silver has been left undisturbed. (SOLD)
