Celluloid French Ivory Sailing Ship Brooch

Measures 1-3/4" in diameter. The celluloid plastic of this beautiful old brooch is finely grained to simulate ivory. The waves have been tinted green, the hull of the ship brown, and the sails are finely detailed with the rigging ropes carved into the plastic and stained dark. C-clasp holds well.
