Measures 1 x 1-1/4”. This lovely shell cameo is finely carved, with excellent detail of hair and facial expression. The beautiful woman is in high relief and framed in an Arts & Crafts-influenced gold frame. Older style of safety clasp holds well. Folding bale allows it to be worn as a pendant, as well. Marked 10K A.L.L. CO. This is the mark of the A. L. Lindroth Company, known to be in business as early as 1922 in North Attleboro, Massachusetts.
