Measures 1-1/2 x 2-3/4" when complete. Each dress clip measures 1-1/2 x 1-3/8". Brilliant white rhinestones are set in silvery pot metal. The openwork design is strongly Art Deco. The two clips can be worn attached to the brooch frame and worn as a single pin, or separated and worn as matching clips. Marked PAT. 1945268. This patent was awarded in 1934 and refers to the attachment mechanism which secures the clips to the brooch frame. Safety clasp holds well and both dress clips hold well. No missing or dead stones. One rhinestone appears to be a replacement and rises slightly higher than the others. This is visible only on very close inspection. (SOLD)
