Walter Lampl Sterling Grape Brooch

Measures 2 x 2-3/8". This Retro style brooch has wonderful construction and a great blend of naturalistic twining vines and stylized grape leaves. It appears to be of Mexican manufacture, probably dating to circa 1944. Marked with a script WL on a shield and STERLING. Safety clasp holds well. Moderately heavy patina of vintage silver has been left undisturbed. No damage to silver. A lovely, wearable brooch. (SOLD)
