Measures 1-1/2 x 2". This pot metal flag appears to be rippling in the wind. The stripes are rows of brilliant white rhinestones and red enamel. The 48 brilliant white rhinestone stars rest on a field of blue enamel. The pot metal is plated in silver-tone rhodium. This brooch dates to before 1959, when Alaska became the 49th state. Safety clasp holds well. No missing or dead stones. No wear to enameling. (HOLD)
