Jolle Sterling Apple Jelly Belly Brooch

Measures 1-7/8 x 2-1/4". This charming apple is made of lucite, with a gold vermeil and enameled sterling stem and leaves. It is clearly marked STERLING and above that you can see the bottom of the poorly struck letters JO. This piece has been identified as Jolle, as an identical marked apple has been seen. Pink rhinestones accent the edges of the green enamel leaves and stem. Safety clasp holds well. Very light wear to the green enameling. No missing or dead stones. Very light crazing to the back of the lucite near the bottom of the apple. This can only be seen in certain lights and from certain angles and actually gives the piece a more apple-like, organic appearance. (SOLD)
