Ric Chrysocolla & Sterling Modernist Brooch by Erika Hult de Corral
Item #CR139810
Measures about 1-1/2" in diameter. A large and richly colored cabochon of chrysocolla is set in a sterling Modernist brooch. Marked Ric (in script) TAM 925 49 TR-26 MEX. This piece is from the workshop of Erika Hult de Corral, an award-winning designer who studied at the Parsons School of Design in Paris. This piece was produced after 1977, possibly by a silversmith named Helidorio Rodriguez Estrada. This piece can be worn as a brooch or as a pendant. Safety clasp holds well. No damage to spectacularly patterned stone. Normal patina of vintage silver, which has not been disturbed. $165.00 (Includes insured shipping to a U.S.A. address)
