Signed Mexican Sterling Mixed Metals Brooch

Measures 2-1/8" in diameter. The brooch is a dramatic portrait of a Mayan nobleman in profile, with a feather plume headdress. The man's skin is copper, headdress is brass, and hair is silver. The background field is a matrix of crushed turquoise. Marked CPR TAXCO MEXICO 925. Safety clasp holds well. No chips or other damage. Light patina. (SOLD)
