Total size when assembled is 1-3/4 x 2-1/4". Each of the thistle-shaped fur (or pin) clips measures 1-3/8 x 1-3/4". The thistle flowers are red baguettes with white rhinestone accents. The pieces are plated in gold-tone. The thistle flower Duette is very rarely seen. Each thistle is marked Coro in script with the flying Pegasus. The frame which converts the clips into a brooch is marked Coro Duette in script and PAT. NO. 1798867. This patent, which dates to 1931, is for the frame. No missing or dead stones.
