Large Exquisite Shell Cameo Brooch

Measures 1-5/8 x 2". This beautifully carved cameo depicts a lovely young woman with a flower in her hair. The details of her hair and gown are delicately and finely carved. The setting is a fine lattice-work with floral accents and appears to be made of gilded silver. Safety clasp holds well.
