1950 Trifari "Alfred Philippe" Staff Brooch with Pendant Emerald

Measures 3-1/2" long. The emerald-cut open-backed green glass stone measures 7/8" in diameter. Plated in gold-tone, this brooch is marked TRIFARI with a crown over the T PAT. PEND. The design patent number later assigned to this brooch was #159,838. This patent was awarded to Alfred Philippe in 1950. No wear to plating. No damage to stone.
