Walter Lampl Enameled Sterling Bee Set - Brooch, Scatter Pins, & Earrings

This very rare 4 piece set is in remarkable condition. The large brooch measures 1-3/4 x 2-1/8". It is marked STERLING. The 2 scatter pins each measure 7/8 x 1-1/4". They are marked STERLING. The screw-back earrings are identical in size to the scatter pins. They are marked with WL in a shield. We have had the large brooch once before, marked Lampl Sterling. The colors of these pieces are charming - mauve, green, black, yellow, red, and purple. The sterling is plated with gold vermeil. All of these pieces are in excellent condition, with some very tiny chips in the enamel at the edges of some of the wings, on the antenna of one scatter pin, and on the eyes of the scatter pins. It is unusual to find even one piece of these fantastically whimsical Lampl enamels.
