Nettie Rosenstein Huge Sterling Flower Fur Clip & Earrings Set

Clip measures 2-1/2 x 3-1/4" and is about 1-1/4" deep at the top. It weighs 1.9 ounces. Earrings measure 1" in diameter. These substantial sterling pieces are plated in rose gold, with a rich lavender-gray enamel and clear lacquer over the plating. At the center of the flower are clusters of dark blue glass beads, approximately the color of lapis lazuli, with dark antiqued gold-tone brass spacer beads. Brooch is marked Nettie Rosenstein (in script) and STERLING. Matching earrings are unmarked. Two prong fur clip holds tightly. Earring clip backs hold well. Very minor wear to lacquer of all pieces, but no damage to plating. On extremely close inspection the fur clip can be seen to be missing 3 of the tiny brass beads. Overall, these pieces are in very good vintage condition and represent the very best of the 1940s Retro era. (SOLD)
