Measures 1-1/8 x 1-1/4". This spectacular dragonfly is crafted of 14K yellow gold, with diamond eyes, diamonds on the abdomen, and a yellow citrine thorax. The wings are delicately enamled in yellow and orange plique a jour, like little stained glass windows. This is a spectacular early piece of fine Lampl jewelry, marked WL 585 14K. The dragonfly's head/proboscis are looped beneath the piece so it can also be used as a pendant. Safety clasp holds well. No damage to gold or stones. Stunning plique a jour enameling is entirely intact.
