Victorian Micromosaic Silver Pin

Measures 3/8" wide and 1-3/4" long. This charming old silver pin has amazingly complex mosaic work inlaid into 800 silver. No missing glass tiles (tesserae). Nice patina of vintage silver. Long pin stem has been slightly bent in the past, but holds well. C-clasp, as is typical of these early pieces. Marked 800, which indicates a silver purity of 800 parts per 1000, as compared to sterling which is 925 parts per 1000. $78.00 (Includes insured shipping to a U.S.A. address)
