Measures 1-1/4 x 3". This French-inspired design features royal blue and white enameling over gold-plated metal. Marked WALTER LAMPL, the oldest known Lampl mark. Probably dates to the early 1930s. Safety clasp holds well. No wear to plating or enamel. (SOLD)
