Signed World War II Sterling Navy Sweetheart Pin

Measures 1-1/4" in diameter. The eagle and shield are sterling silver. The anchors are 10K gold fill over sterling. This is a very detailed and lovely pin, with good weight. Marked AMCO STERLING on the silver back. On the back of the gold anchors it is marked 1/20 10K G ON S. These are the marks of the American Insignia Company of New York. Safety clasp holds well. No signs of wear or use. Lovely patina of vintage silver, with no wear to thick gold plating. (SOLD)
