Retro 10K Gold Walter Lampl Floral Brooch

Measures 1-1/4 x 2-5/8". Weighs 10 gms. A wonderfully sculptural Retro style brooch, with a strong arching shape to the flowers and curling leaves. This brooch was entirely hand-constructed by the artist. The gold has assumed a warm, rich patina of age, but there are no scratches or other damage. Marked W-L 10 KT. One of the flowers is marked PAT. 130141. This design patent is for the flower and was first issued in 1941. Safety clasp holds well. A lovely piece of World War II era jewelry. (SOLD)
