Measures 2-1/2” in diameter. Weighs 17 grams, which is 0.6 ounce. Cast from silver, with a turquoise cabochon eye, this large and graceful bird can be identified as a swallow by its forked tail and slender wings. Marked SILVER MADE IN MEXICO, which dates the piece to before 1948. Safety clasp holds well.
