H. Pomerantz Art Deco Rhinestone Brooch

Measures 2-1/4" in diameter. Large open-backed foiled white rhinestones in round and navette shapes are set in white metal. This brooch is constructed in 2 layers, with soldered riveting holding it together. Marked H. POMERANTZ. Safety clasp holds well. No wear to rhinestone foil. This manufacturer was making jewelry in New York from 1880 through at least the 1940s. This beautiful brooch appears to date to the 1920s to 1930s Art Deco era. (SOLD)
