Measures about 2 x 2-1/2". Outstanding inlay work with turquoise, brass, and what may be old record album plastic. Vivid colors, bold design, classic styling. Marked Tono in script with an accent over the N, HECHO EN MEXICO, PIEDRA NEGRA T152, and in a circle STERLING TAXCO 925 with the conjoined initials AC in the center. This mark is known as belonging to an older silver house with very high quality, but the identity of the maker is unknown. Safety clasp holds well.
