Measures 2-1/4 x 4-1/4". In this case, the H. in the maker's name seems to stand for Huge. This beautiful rose is both substantial and weighty, perfect for a winter coat, belt, or suit jacket. Molded of pot metal, the brooch is plated in rich-looking rose gold. This plating has worn on the higher areas, creating a fantastic patina. Marked H. POMERANTZ INC. N.Y. Safety clasp holds well.
