Measures 1-3/4 x 2-1-4". This magnificent clip features 3 large prong-set ruby-red rhinestones in pear and emerald shapes surrounded by pavee white rhinestones in silver-tone. This central element sits atop a shield or arrow-head of substantial gold-tone base metal with a hollow construction. Marked McClelland Barclay. Pin clip holds well. No missing or dead stones, no wear to plating. This is an outstanding example of this seldom seen designer's work. It is exceedingly rare to find pieces in such pristine condition. McClelland Barclay was a multi-talented artist and designer who excelled in the fields of painting, graphic art, sculpture, and (best of all) jewelry.
