Magnificent Marcel Boucher 1940 Rhinestone Cyclamen Brooch

Measures 2-1/2 x 4". This large, graceful, fantastically sparkly flower was created in 1940 and is featured on page 196 of "American Costume Jewelry" by Carla & Roberto Brunialti. Paved in brilliant white round and baguette-shaped rhinestones, it is plated with silver-tone rhodium. Marked MB and with the Phrygian cap symbol. Safety clasp holds well. No missing rhinestones. No wear to plating. A few of the small rhinestones are slightly gray, but none are dead.
