Damascene Moorish Bracelet

Measures 7-3/4" long and 7/8" wide. This beautiful damascene bracelet shows scenes from Spain's Moorish past. The castles, churches, and mosques face one direction and the beautiful flower-filled vases face the opposite direction, so the bracelet appears to be right-side up to both wearer and viewer. Varying shades of gold inlay give rich detail to the design. No missing inlay. Slight wear to reverse of bracelet from frequent use by a previous owner who obviously loved it very much. Slide clasp holds well. Safety chain is intact. The "tank" styling of this bracelet probably dates it to the 1940s to 1950s. (SOLD)
