Van Dell Wedgwood Cameo Bracelet

Measures 7-3/8" long. Each of the 3 black Wedgwood jasperware cameos measures 5/8 x 1". This beautiful Victorian Revival bracelet features exquisite classical winged women scantily clad in filmy flowing garments. Each of these beauties carries a basket in one hand and a garland in the other. We believe she represents the goddess Psyche. Marked on the clasp Van DELL 1/20 12K GF. Each cameo is marked WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND. One cameo is also marked F 72, and the others are marked C 72. These are the date and artist marks. The rope-twist setting is echoed by the rope-twist bars which form the bracelet links. Fold-over clasp holds well. Light wear to the thick gold plating of the back of the clasp. No other significant wear to the plating. No chips, scratches, or other damage to the cameos. (SOLD)
