Measures 1" wide at front, 6" inside circumference. This gorgeous gold-tone bracelet conceals a working watch which is marked on its face Le Monde in script and 17 JEWELS. The back of the watch is marked BASE METAL BEZEL ST. STEEL BACK and with a large letter D. Small navette-shaped art glass cabochons simulating turquoise, coral, carnelian, lapis, jade, and emeralds surround a 12.5 x 17.5 oval glass cabochon which simulates jelly opal. All stones are set in antiqued, textured gold-tone. The tight spring hinge holds the bracelet securely shut, but opens easily to reveal the watch hidden beneath the faux opal. No missing or dead stones. Wind up watch works well. Light patina of the plating, more to the hinge side of the bracelet.
