Heavy Handstamped Copper Cuff
Item #AS12781
Measures 1-1/2" wide, 5-3/4" inside circumference, with a 1-1/8" gap. This handworked, hammered copper bracelet is decorated on its edges with hand stamping. Deeply sculpted and classically lovely, this bracelet is an outstanding example of the pieces produced by Native Americans in the Southwest during the 1930s and 1940s. Similar examples can be seen on page 134 of "Southwest Silver Jewelry" by Paula Baxter. Many of these old copper pieces were destroyed during the metal drives of World War II. Lovely patina of age. $135.00 (Includes insured shipping to a U.S.A. address)
