Art Deco "French Ivory" Rhinestone Snake Wrap Bracelet

Measures 3/4" wide at wrapped front, averages 3/8" wide. Inside circumference when fully closed is 7", but will open slightly to accommodate a larger wrist. This charming snake bracelet is made of "French Ivory," a type of celluloid plastic made during the 1920s to simulate elephant ivory. There is a faint longitudinal graining meant to give it a more "realistic" appearance. The snake has bright red rhinestone eyes, glittering early "paste" rhinestones on head and tail, and tiny applied brass beads for even more texture and interest. Minor soiling of the inside of the bracelet only which we have not attempted to clean. No wear or damage to the outside of the bracelet.
