1945 Walter Lampl Retro Bracelet

Measures 7" long and 1/2" wide. This beautifully styled bracelet is identified as number 2702 in a May 1945 Walter Lampl advertisement in the Jewelers' Circular-Keystone trade magazine. The bracelet is marked simply BY Lampl (with Lampl in script) and 1/20 12K GF, but the advertisement states that these bracelets were gold fill over silver. The wholesale price of this beautiful item was between $8 and $11 in 1945, which is equivalent in buying power to $90 to $120 today. Fold-over clasp holds well.
