Early Renoir "Rondele" Copper Cuff Bracelet

Measures 1-3/4" wide and 5-1/2" long, with 1-1/2" gap. The very strong design of this high-drama bracelet is enhanced by the dark patination used to add visual depth to the piece. It is a sturdily made piece, but the hairpin curves of the thick copper adds playfulness and femininity. Marked Renoir in script without a copyright symbol. This mark dates the bracelet to between 1952 and 1954. No damage to copper.
